We are conveniently located about 15 miles from Wichita, KS, and on over 150 acres of private family land, nestled between clear streams and acres of growing crops. The Farm includes both indoor and outdoor space for your employees to get some fresh air.
We have hundreds of shade trees, creeks, open land, indoor, and outdoor dance floors. Our farm includes 3 Venues (The Woods Conference Center, The Boot Scootin Barn and the Hayloft Meeting Room) – so you will not have to worry about privacy or to have enough room for your event.

We have plenty of parking, close to the event venues, and have Golf Carts to use on the property to help transport people or items around the property.
We have an open vendor policy. We can provide catering, or you can set up your event caterer. We offer full use of our Commercial Kitchen to make it easy to store and prepare food and beverages.
We have an open Alcohol Policy – Beer, Wine, or Champagne only. Ask about our extended liquor policy. Sorry, no machines.
We include tables and chairs in our conference center. Optional linens, table settings, decore available from our rental closet.
